Brand Applications

Surfaces

Marketing site

https://grainandmortar.com

Primary brand surface. Sets the tone — Signifier-Light serif for hero headlines, PP Mori for everything else, generous whitespace, real client work showcased prominently. Self-aware copy ('Industries we've ~~disrupted~~ served').

Proposals

Branded proposal templates use the Tan/Light Tan surface palette with chartreuse or sky accents for callouts. Lead with strategy and the team — never with deliverables.

Invoices and contracts

Minimal, mostly black-on-light-tan. Logo lockup top-left, never a treatment or wordmark variant.

Email signatures

Plain-text first. Name, title, 'Grain & Mortar' (with ampersand), grainandmortar.com. No quote, no calendar link in the signature — those go inline when relevant.

Social

Instagram and Dribbble for portfolio, LinkedIn for thought-leadership-adjacent content. Voice slightly more casual than the .com site. Show the work, don't talk about the work.
